Electrocardiogram is the most commonly used tool for the diagnosis of cardiologic diseases. In order to help cardiologists to diagnose the arrhythmias automatically, new methods for automated, computer aided ECG analysis are being developed. In this paper, a Modified Artificial Bee Colony (MABC) algorithm for ECG heart beat classification is introduced. It is applied to ECG data set which is obtained from MITBIH database and the result of MABC is compared with seventeen other classifier's accuracy.In classification problem, some features have higher distinctiveness than others. In this study, in order to find higher distinctive features, a detailed analysis has been done on time domain features. By using the right features in MABC algorithm, high classification success rate (99.30%) is obtained. Other methods generally have high classification accuracy on examined data set, but they have relatively low or even poor sensitivities for some beat types. Different data sets, unbalanced sample numbers in different classes have effect on classification result. When a balanced data set is used, MABC provided the best result as 97.96% among all classifiers.Not only part of the records from examined MITBIH database, but also all data from selected records are used to be able to use developed algorithm on a real time system in the future by using additional software modules and making adaptation on a specific hardware. 相似文献

In this work, we propose two novel classifiers for multi-class classification problems using mathematical programming optimisation techniques. A hyper box-based classifier (Xu & Papageorgiou, 2009) that iteratively constructs hyper boxes to enclose samples of different classes has been adopted. We firstly propose a new solution procedure that updates the sample weights during each iteration, which tweaks the model to favour those difficult samples in the next iteration and therefore achieves a better final solution. Through a number of real world data classification problems, we demonstrate that the proposed refined classifier results in consistently good classification performance, outperforming the original hyper box classifier and a number of other state-of-the-art classifiers.Furthermore, we introduce a simple data space partition method to reduce the computational cost of the proposed sample re-weighting hyper box classifier. The partition method partitions the original dataset into two disjoint regions, followed by training sample re-weighting hyper box classifier for each region respectively. Through some real world datasets, we demonstrate the data space partition method considerably reduces the computational cost while maintaining the level of prediction accuracies. 相似文献

The proposed work involves the multiobjective PSO based adaption of optimal neural network topology for the classification of multispectral satellite images. It is per pixel supervised classification using spectral bands (original feature space). This paper also presents a thorough experimental analysis to investigate the behavior of neural network classifier for given problem. Based on 1050 number of experiments, we conclude that following two critical issues needs to be addressed: (1) selection of most discriminative spectral bands and (2) determination of optimal number of nodes in hidden layer. We propose new methodology based on multiobjective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) technique to determine discriminative spectral bands and the number of hidden layer node simultaneously. The accuracy with neural network structure thus obtained is compared with that of traditional classifiers like MLC and Euclidean classifier. The performance of proposed classifier is evaluated quantitatively using Xie-Beni and β indexes. The result shows the superiority of the proposed method to the conventional one. 相似文献

Functional mesoporous Mo–SiO2 materials were synthesized by a one‐pot and facile room‐temperature procedure, and characterized by X‐ray diffraction, TEM, Raman spectroscopy, FT‐IR, diffuse reflectance spectra, and BET analysis. The experimental results demonstrated that the mesoporous materials presented a high dispersion of molybdenum species and excellent catalytic activity for the removal of dibenzothiophene (DBT) without organic solvents as extractants. The catalytic performance on different sulfur‐containing compounds was also investigated in detail. After recycling for eight times, the removal of the oxidation desulfurization system could still reach high values. GC‐MS analysis detected the oxidation product of DBT. A mechanism was proposed for the absorptive oxidation process of sulfur compounds. 相似文献

针对传统的卷积神经网络(CNN)不能直接处理点云数据,需先将点云数据转换为多视图或者体素化网格,导致过程复杂且点云识别精度低的问题,提出一种新型的点云分类与分割网络Linked-Spider CNN。首先,在Spider CNN基础上通过增加Spider卷积层数以获取点云深层次特征;其次,引入残差网络的思想在每层Spider卷积增加短连接构成残差块;然后,将每层残差块的输出特征进行拼接融合形成点云特征;最后,使用三层全连接层对点云特征进行分类或者利用多层卷积层对点云特征进行分割。在ModelNet40和ShapeNet Parts数据集上将所提网络与PointNet、PointNet++和Spider CNN等网络进行对比实验,实验结果表明,所提网络可以提高点云的分类精度和分割效果,说明该网络具有更快的收敛速度和更强的鲁棒性。 相似文献

Photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production is a promising technology for the conversion of solar light to clean energy. In this perspective, several semiconductors have been under investigation, but they show less efficiency, selectivity and stability for hydrogen production. Recently, perovskites are most demanding due to their exceptional characteristics such as controlled structure and morphology, adjustable band structure, controlled valence state, adjustable oxidation state and visible light response. This review highlights structural classification of perovskites and band engineering for solar energy assisted photocatalytic hydrogen production. In the main stream, overview and fundamentals of perovskite materials for selective solar to hydrogen conversion are presented. The structural modification and band alteration to stimulate quantum efficiency and stability are specifically demonstrated. Photoactivity enhancement through metals, noble metals, non-metals doping, oxygen vacancies and fermi level adjustments are also deliberated. The role of perovskites with binary semiconductors towards hydrogen production has also been discussed. Up conversion effect of doping luminescent agents (Er, Ho, Eu, Nd) for improved photocatalytic activity by band gap narrowing is also deliberated. Various conventional and non-conventional synthesis methods for perovskites including solid-state, hydrothermal, sol-gel, co-precipitation, spray-freeze drying, microwave assisted, spray pyrolysis, low temperature combustion, pulse laser deposition and wet chemical method for enhanced photocatalytic activity are also demonstrated in this work. Metro shield construction will inevitably cause changes in the stress and strain state of the surrounding soil, resulting in stratum deformation and surface settlement (SS), which will seriously endanger the safety of nearby buildings, roads and underground pipe networks. Therefore, in the design and construction stage, optimizing the shield construction parameters (SCP) is the key to reducing the SS rate and increasing the safe driving speed (DS). However, optimization of existing SCP are challenged by the need to construct a unified multiobjective model for optimization that are efficient, convenient, and widely applicable. This paper innovatively proposes a hybrid intelligence framework that combines random forest (RF) and non-dominant classification genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II), which overcomes the shortcomings of time-consuming and high cost for the establishment and verification of traditional prediction models. First, RF is used to rank the importance of 10 influencing factors, and the nonlinear mapping relationship between the main SCP and the two objectives is constructed as the fitness function of the NSGA-II algorithm. Second, a multiobjective optimization framework for RF-NSGA-II is established, based on which the optimal Pareto front is calculated, and reasonable optimized control ranges for the SCP are obtained. Finally, a case study in the Wuhan Rail Transit Line 6 project is examined. The results show that the SS is reduced by 12.5% and the DS is increased by 2.5% with the proposed framework. Meanwhile, the prediction results are compared with the back-propagation neural network (BPNN), support vector machine (SVM), and gradient boosting decision tree (GBDT). The findings indicate that the RF-NSGA-II framework can not only meet the requirements of SS and DS calculation, but also used as a support tool for real-time optimization and control of SCP. 相似文献
